When you're ready, jump on a call with our team. Bring questions, sketches, photos of your site — whatever you've got. We've designed and built across every major steel system (red iron, cold formed, steel stud, tubular) and can tell you straight up which frame fits your span, your budget, and your local code. No upsells, no pushing one manufacturer because we get a kickback — just honest guidance from a crew with 15+ years on the Western Slope and 200+ completed builds behind it.
Once we lock the design, you'll get clean 3D renderings of your specific building — your dimensions, your colors, your doors. These are the visuals you can share with a spouse, partner, lender, HOA, or county for permitting buy-in. From there we move into stamped engineered plans tailored to your snow + wind loads, foundation type, and site-specific requirements. By the time materials are ordered, every detail is dialed.
