Each panel is engineered through integrated design software, factory assembled, labeled for placement, and assembled together on site with minimal field adjusting. The result is fewer errors, less rework, faster framing inspections, and a smoother path to completed interiors at a modest premium over stick-built methods. Steel stud panels are even designed to the same dimensions as traditional 2x4 and 2x6 wood boards, making finish work similar to traditionally built homes.
