Pick cold-formed when your span stays under 80 feet and you want the best balance of cost, delivery, and customization. Snow and wind ratings are configurable, no tapered columns or rafters, and engineered mezzanines are an easily added option. From a 30×40 shop to a 60×120 two story warehouse, this often the best option.
Fully galvanized Cold-Formed Cees, and Zees, are roll-formed in a factory to your engineered spec, delivered as a complete package, and assembled on site. Lighter than red iron, faster to deliver, less equipment needed to build and specifically engineered to whatever snow and wind load your project requires.
